I'm excited about the notion of such a fundamental aspect

Not to be a downer, but the entire reason I was eager for motion changes was that PvM may actually feel good and not only be a habit of playing around tick motion. I don't need movement to be OSRS gold and responsive when I'm just running through a town doing a quest, I need it to be responsive when I am dodging a place based attack in ED or some thing. If the principal reason for all of the hype for the change is still not being addressed and will be really likely to become the exception to the new norm with the changes, which looks kind of counterproductive. I would maybe just like to keep everything the way it is currently in that circumstance, so that at least things are constant and that I could somewhat possess an intuitive feel of the delay.

I was and still sort I'm excited about the notion of such a fundamental aspect of the runescape game being upgraded as that's the kind of change I truly believe RuneScape needs for long-term longevity and was largely ignored (with the exception of bank rework, that has been awesome and that I very much value ), but this feels like a half step that might not be worth the trouble and may backfire when folks learn it isn't likely to help PvM at all.

Please think about either delaying these changes until they can be made in a means that will benefit PvM, or at least saying what you have said here explicitly in a way that more of the community will see so that there will not be a good deal of disappointment and outrage and crab emojis once it gets released and falls short of peoples' hopes and expectations. However, I really do think you may be creating a community relations error here and strongly urge you to think about the way you are executing and advertisements that this change and if it may backfire if you stay with the current approach.

Please for the love of god think them if they say that they don't know if these attributes will even be possible. They need to spend time investigating and designing and planning and trying to foresee and test problems about these highly experimental characteristics and at the worst (but very quite possible) case it will lead to the response that no it's not possible (or not possible more inclined as they'd want to do something like rewrite the runescape game from the ground up and freeze all new attributes for years). When folks get hyped about that and Jagex sees that as a permit to perform this highly experimental perform runescape players will need to value this may mean less funds put on more dependable updates old school runescape buy gold (something runescape players are already complaining about) and a threat it just won't work.
